Decentralized Voices is a podcast about the real decisions behind building in Web3 and AI: what founders and builders choose, what goes wrong, and what it takes to ship, scale, and survive.
But the podcast became something bigger than a media channel.
It became a way to build relationships in a new ecosystem by creating a reason for people to meet, talk, and keep showing up.
The challenge
When I moved to a new country, I didn't have an established network in the European tech ecosystem.
Instead of trying to “network” my way into rooms, I decided to build something that would give me a reason to be in those rooms.
The idea was simple: create a platform around a conversation I genuinely cared about, invite interesting people into it, and keep showing up.
That became Decentralized Voices.
Web3 already had plenty of podcasts and founder interviews. The opportunity was to create something with a stronger point of view: conversations about the people, motivations, challenges, and decisions behind the technology, rather than polished success stories.
What I did
- Media & Content Strategy
Built a multichannel podcast system across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, X, and other distribution channels. - Brand Strategy
Developed a recognizable identity, editorial style, and voice that gave the podcast its own character and made it more than a collection of interviews. - Community & Ecosystem Growth
Turned the podcast into a community-building initiative connecting builders, founders, protocols, investors, events, and communities across the decentralized technology ecosystem. - Guest & Partnership Strategy
Featured builders and contributors from organizations including the Ethereum Foundation, Matter Labs, OKX, Centrifuge, Chronicle, Octant, and Optimum, among others. Built partnerships with major Web3 conferences and ecosystem events including EthCC, Devconnect, ETHWarsaw, ETHCluj, and others. - Relationship Building Through Media
Used the podcast as a deliberate way to create meaningful professional relationships. Rather than chasing introductions, I created a platform that gave people a reason to meet me and kept showing up consistently enough for those conversations to turn into real relationships, collaborations, and opportunities. - Founder Voice & Thought Leadership
The podcast also became a way to develop my own voice within the decentralized technology ecosystem by becoming part of the conversation and learning directly from the people building it.

From networking to network-building
The biggest lesson from Decentralized Voices wasn't about podcasting.
It was about how relationships are built when you start from zero.
You don't always need more introductions. Sometimes you need to create something people want to be part of.
A podcast can be that thing. So can a community, an event, a newsletter, or a product.
The important part is creating a reason for people to meet you — then showing up consistently enough for those relationships to become real.
That is what Decentralized Voices gave me: not just an audience, but a place at the center of a conversation I cared about.
