I built and implemented the communications strategy for one of Europe's biggest Ethereum conferences: 1,000+ builders, major blockchain players among the sponsors and a cult brand in CEE.

One of Europe's biggest Ethereum conferences needed a communications strategy that matched its scale: 1,000+ builders, major protocol sponsors, and partners.
What I achieved:
- Built the communications and content strategy with a focus on developers and sponsors from the Ethereum ecosystem and beyond
- Increased community engagement by 60%, leading to a 35% increase in ticket sales (X, LinkedIn, Telegram)
- Attracted KOLs for media support + created 15 articles that increased the visibility of the partners’ brands by 50%
- Launched the Mermaid’s Gossip newsletter with a 63% open rate and +15% monthly growth
- Led the promotional campaign for the Crypto*AI Spring Hackathon, focusing on AI agent development
- Launched the Ambassadors Program with members from Google, Centrifuge, and others, which increased ETHWarsaw’s social media visibility by +15%
